MY MODERN DAY HERO

                   For me a hero is person who is always their for you,with or without needing him or her,a person who voluntary helps you.For me my parent,they have been their for me since i born.they inspired me to do things and to wishes and desire.Their  were guiding and been supporting ,or god and bad things,they have me.I succeed ,are of them for they have walked with me, and I am able stand to my own ,and done things as they should.I consider my parents as my hero because their are always  there for me when ever life hits .We must thank the lord for giving us every day, parents are guiding and leading use to fuller development as person.

               Every one has their own interpretation and reaction on the lack or completeness of president Aquino speech.We cannot optimistic or concrete reaction  regarding this because we have lot of different.Base on my observation,PNOY was doing his job as a president ,lets give PNOY more time to do his work and responsibility.

                 The government of president aquino issue of corruption,increasing the rating of the country.I hope PNOY can fight these problems through the help of the people.If people will cooperate,I believe that our contry will progress.Everything happens has a meaning that only a challenge.

        It contributes to postpartum weight loss,suppressed menstrual periods ,which helps to replenish iron stores lost during pregnancy childbirth,and even confers some protection against more serious illness like osteoporosis,hip fracture,and breast and ovarian cancer fostered by the intimate contact involved in breastfeeding...he release of oxytocin by breastfeeding at this time begins the letdown of milk as well as stimulation of uterine contractions... 

           It is widely recognized that breastfeeding is the best nutrition for human infant.The breast milk provides numerous health benefits to both mother and baby.Breastfeeding should begin,as soon after birth as possible,the delivery room is not to soon.It is important that infants open their mouth wide enough when breastfeeding to grasp the nipple and the areola  (pigmented circle around the nipple).This is effective.
